You just watched the brand new released TV SPOT of The Dark Knight Rises. Yes, the most anticipated film of 2012 stole the show last night at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. It’s debuting on July 20 beating The Avengers and becoming the 3rd highest grossing film ever. Besides the TV SPOT a very exclusive new trailer and never-before-seen footage where shown last night. It was a full Warner Brothers sponsored spectacle (video). All the main actors of the series’ last episode were present: a very emotional Christopher Bale when mentioning Heath Ledger’s name (video) , Gary Oldman and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Even 3-time oscard nominated director Christopher Nolan appeared at the show where he presented a brief glimpse on the history of Batman movies to prelude the main course of the exclusive trailer. The history portion starts with scenes from Batman Begins, followed by a series of flashes from The Dark Knight and concluded with Nolan presenting the new full very exclusively bought by MTV (till today keep proven to be worth something to us after stop playing amazing music videos) trailer. It displayed a scene between Catwoman and John Blake, a Gotham City cop, the cutting-edge bat-vehicles and stunning scenes of the raging war that takes a hold of Gotham City.
