The Rise of Hitler 

National Geographic returns with a two-part documentary Apocalypse: The Rise Of Hitler. The Series is the prologue to the France2 produced six-part documentary Apocalypse: The Second World War. NG bought the series in September 2011. The two-parts uses historical exclusive archive footage, that’s quite impactful, newly colourised and rendered in HD. Next to that it provides you with a remarkable look into the Nazis’ ascent, exploring Hitler’s path from mediocre student and failed artist to totalitarian dictator. For example, did you know Metzingen born designer Hugo Boss created all of Hitler’s parties uniforms? American Henry Ford was a supporter and even heavenly invested in the party.
